We have many ways your Church or Sunday School can become involved in Pickens County Meals on Wheels and help our homebound neighbors.
Route Coordinator
Become a route coordinator within your church. You can spearhead volunteer recruitment within your church and may help schedule a day for each volunteer to deliver, whether it be once a week, once a month or substitute for other volunteers.
Contribute
Many Churches and Sunday School Classes donate to Pickens County Meals on Wheels throughout the year. Support from our local churches is invaluable to our mission.
Adopt a Recipient
Your Sunday School Class can adopt a recipient to deliver meals, visit the lonely, or help with simple everyday tasks.
Special Events
Pickens County Meals on Wheels holds special events throughout the year that your Sunday School Class can participate in, such as our Newsletter mailings. We would love to have your class and all its members participate in our projects!
